Ever wondered what it looks like to strap into a race car at LeMans? Well this is your headcam. Sure its a few year before HD but its also before the organizers started cracking down on things like this. Its Johnny O’Connell getting into those awesome corvettes during qualifying in 2008.
Even though you can’t see out the windshield because of the lighting you can still tell how fast and fun these corvettes must have been to drive. Thanks to Leo Parente for pointing this out. I know he was involved in this program and the head cam was probably his idea. Amazing his creativity was years before the technology.
