Velocity Stack Reversion on a 289

Velocity stacks are awesome! Old school cool for sure. They remind me of LeMans, of the good old days, of Ford vs. Ferrari. But here’s something you don’t see regularly. Velocity stacks being run up close on a dyno. At lower RPMs there is this cool reversion that happens that shoots the atomized fuel back out of the intake due to cam timing and overlap. Or something like that. If you know more about what this or can explain it better please post a comment. the reversion I’m talking about happens around 12 seconds in.
