Are you building a cool car? Maybe a ridiculous racecar? Are you a racer and have a story to tell or a interesting video from your last race? Maybe you want to share your adventure in car? Like a road trip with friends to a race or through another country. Build Race Party is would love to publish it.
There are two ways to do this. You can ask for writing credentials and publish the normal way through the site’s back end which is great if you might want to submit something more than once. Or you can use the form below.
Applying for writing credentials
Send us an email (content@buildraceparty.com) with a few details of what you would like to publish. We also need a brief description about yourself which we will use for your writing bio and a user name for logging in(no one will see the username) .
How to use the form below
It’s pretty straightforward. Enter your name and email in the top two boxes. The third box “Post Title” is the title of your article. The drop down box for “post category” determines whether your story shows up under the Build, Race, or Party column on the front page.
Type your story into the main box and upload your photos using the button below the writing box. A couple of notes of uploading. The first photo you select will be come the featured image – meaning its the picture you see on the main page or when you share the post through social media. The next part is a bit of pain.
You need to tell us where you want the photos. Ideally type something like [Photo 1] or [Photo 3] into the main body of text where you want each of the uploaded photos. Photo 1 is the featured image; so if you want that in the post, your first break for picture will start with [photo 1]. Otherwise start with [photo 2] in your post. We’re working on improving this process but for now, this is the way it works if you don’t want log in credentials.
